Shipping Policy

Not applicable. RelateDB is a digital subscription service and we do not ship physical goods.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page. After cancellation, you may retain access until the end of the current billing period depending on the plan and the payment processor’s rules.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused time.

Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact contact@relatedb.com and we will review the issue.
