Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RelateDB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for any content you create, import, or export.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
Subscriptions & Billing
If you purchase a paid subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee and applicable taxes. Subscription pricing and availability may change.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page. After cancellation, you may retain access until the end of the current billing period depending on the plan and the payment processor’s rules.
Refund Policy
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused time. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact contact@relatedb.com and we will review the issue.
Third-Party Services
The site may use third-party services (such as hosting providers and analytics) to operate and improve the product. These services may process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Offline Storage & Backups
RelateDB is offline-first and primarily stores data locally in your browser. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your work.
No Warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer/operator is not responsible for any damages, including (without limitation) data loss, lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Data stored in your browser can be removed or become unavailable due to factors outside of the developer’s control, such as clearing site data, storage eviction, browser updates, device changes, extensions, private/incognito sessions, or hardware/software failures. Always export your schema/diagram if it is important.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
